Burglary Alert

As your local Neighbourhood Acquisitive Crime Team, we wanted to update you that on 1st February 2026, around 5pm, a burglary occurred at a property on Hazel Drive, Derby, DE21 7DS.

It is believed that the offender has entered the property under the guise of selling items. They have then tried to obtain money from the occupant of the address before being told to leave.
